I have my doubts, so I am far from confident.
We haven't had a top notch HC since '99. That's 0-4, I think.
GM? Since at least Charlie Armey, don't you think? Although, to be fair, I think he was hampered by Ziggy, Shaw, and maybe Martz. Typical Georgia F BS. Heck, maybe going back to Klosterman in the 70's for a real good one.
The jury is out on Snead for me simply because I suspect that Fisher ignored his recommendations far too often, although I can't prove it. Snead was (is) a mere glorified Director of Player Personnel, anyway.
So yeah, color me skeptical. Real skeptical. Lol.
