...the talent is indeed there and with some FA signings, this team could be competitive.
HOWEVER, they need to hire a coach/GM who will not only teach this team X's and O's, but a cultural change to care about one thing; WINNING.

I have grown to really respect Billicheck (even though he DID cheat, including I believe in SB 36 against the Rams), BUT, their whole culture is about winning.
