in all these HC discussions I've been wondering what type of HC the Ram's should look for.... and beyond that, what type of HC actually 'works' in the NFL today - -

One who brings in the full plan and simply needs minions? I think Fisher was in this category, as are most of today's NFL coaches... and it can work - - OR...

Or one who brings in a rough drawing and then brilliant Asst's who actually CAN put things together? I think it's this one.. I think Bellichick is of this type, actually... I don't think it's Bellichicks brilliant X's and O's mind that makes him great.. I think it's his ability to lead Asst Coaches and players into achieving their innate abilities.
