Payton has had a large part in making Brees a successful QB and the offenses have been near the top. Have Fisher take Brees and he be an average career QB. The coaching of a QB can make a big difference.

Patyon just needs to find the defensive coordinator and he is back on top.

That offense is consistently rated near the top with average talent that is simply why? And what are the Rams historically bad these last 2 years.

Offensive players underachieving. In fact, I would say the Rams have more talent at the skilled positions than the Saints other than QB.. One is at the top and the other is at the bottom.

His ability to coach up the QB is significant and Goff having somebody like Payton vs somebody like Fisher would make all the difference in the world.
