He lost sixteen starters at the end of 2015. I didn't expect OSU to get anywhere near the CFP. There were some serious flaws with that team that involved new starters, and, if I had my way, those offensive coordinators would be gone, too. Their offense hasn't been the same since Tom Herman left. I expect a lot of returning starters next season and a tremendous recruiting class coming in. Urban took a very inexperienced team to a place they had no business being. I don't think he's going to be out of a job.
