If the new HC and Snead or new GM see a QB prospect they really like and the value is there (doesn't matter which round) they should take him and try to develop him along with Goff.

No way do I just sit back and rely 100% on Goff to develop and pray he turns out to be the guy. I'm also not afraid to hurt his feelings by bringing competition into camp to push him and make him earn the starting job.
