This guy earned himself some money last night against Kansas St. He wasn't really on my radar, but I like what I saw. He's listed at 6'4" 190 lbs., so depending on how accurate that is, he could still add some weight and be a force. That catch he made in the endzone while the defender was basically running through him was fantastic and something I'd like to see in LA.
He was a track star in high school and received scholarship offers for it, but wanted to continue playing football so he went to a JUCO before signing on with Texas A&M. Sneaky fast with his long strides and running background, though he needs some more power in his legs since they are pretty skinny. He put up consistent numbers for the Aggies but improved every season since joining in 2014. That catch radius is nice and he's very aggressive going for the ball. Looks like he's had 14 dropped passes on 252 balls thrown his way in three seasons. A willing blocker that isn't scared to get dirty and he oozed confidence in last night's game, which was the best of his career. 12 catches for 154 yards and two touchdowns against a top-12 defense. Not a huge yards after catch guy, but averaged just under 17 yards per catch in his three season at Texas A&M.
