If his Issue had to do with lack of effort we d probably. Know that by now so whatever his problem is it has to be pretty serious even if they say it's fixable there may no clear way to do it otherwise it would have been done.
I'd guess we are dealing with a learning disability of some sort.
He must need more translation besides lateral movement drills and full line drills frequently to help sort things out if possible.
