We've tried going with the hot defensive coordinator with Steve Spagnola...
We've tried going with a well regarded (at the time anyway!) experienced head coach with Jeff Fisher....

So where do we go from here? Maybe hiring an experienced GM first?? Might be best to build from the top down this time.
