I think it is hard to evaluate receivers that don't have NFL level coaching to help those gifted receivers to develop beyond the College level so as to be able to compete in the NFL

I want this guy wearing Horns: Jordan Westercamp

the video doesn't show how good his hands really are. I think he can be the next Danny Amendola.... with Chris Carter's hands... and then some.
