It has to be factored in..........especially since Al Lerner helped facilitate the move to Baltimore. The NFL wanted to right the wrong..........but wanted to get paid too. In today's dollars that would be well over 800MIL. The NFL got paid even then LOL.
Not everyone knows that he was minority owner and at the time one of the richest guys in the league. If you remember the credit card company MBNA that was his.....and he had serious real estate holdings too.
Sounds like another minority owner that was involved in securing a move.
