This is a prime opportunity to see what Mannion has as a QB

December 19, 2016 09:34PM
Finally the kid gets his chance. Well deserved as well. One thing now is the man who can be accused of screwing up the number one overall pick has been fired (Jeff Fisher) so the organization and the new incoming coach are not tied to Goff. That is not to say Goff is a bust but, only now they can legitimately give Mannion equal opportunity.

Goff is still considered the best QB on the Rams roster with the best skills but Mannion has very good skills as well. He is after all the all-time career passing leader in the Pac-12 and when you consider the talented passers who have played in the Pac-12 that says a lot.
