Dick Vermeil was a team manager who ran the team but let the coordinators coordinate. He brought in the best coordinators and gave them very little interference. Why am I feeling like Tom Coughlin would do the same? Maybe just smoking pixie dust or something. Lol. Just looking for a sure thing.
