Simple. Restructure and OR hit the road!

Maybe 2-3 guys on the entire freaking roster CONSISTENTLY earned their pay or showed they can be relied upon. There are VERY FEW on this roster that if told to hit the road, would be detrimental. Yes, the Rams have reached that point!
