it certainly wasn't a plus, but I think the real downfall for Fisher was the fact that the team, after five years, was too often little more than a scrimmage for their opposition. His downfall was the fact that he didn't seem to know how to spell the word "offense", let alone how to put one together, and he didn't know enough to put people in place who could and get out of their way. His downfall was that he simply would not acknowledge his own shortcomings. That job was his for as long as he wanted it if he simply would have taken care of the obvious. I guess $7 mill a year might have a tendency to make you think you know everything.
