Gruden did his homework ... he would even sleep at the office for a few hours and not go home for days. Gannon was the same way. If Goff is willing to study film like 1/2 as much as Gannon did, then he will be very successful with Gruden
Keep in mind, Gannon had his best year AFTER Gruden left. Callahan might be the bigger piece of the puzzle if Gruden is hired.
