I think I'd actually be okay with Gruden

Gruden is one of those guys who, like the Harbaugh's, comes from a successful coaching family. There is no question he knows how to coach. As long as the passion still burns, then I'd be okay with it. He also knows personnel pretty well, having a lot to do with building the Raiders team that he ultimately beat with the Bucaneers team he did not build in the Super Bowl.

Not my first choice, probably not in my top 5, but he'd be acceptable.
