It all depends...
On what Demoff knows about the inner workings concerning player personnel with Fisher vs Snead.
And believe me, Demoff KNOWS the score down to the last player involved.
If Snead's recommendations seem to have been mostly "right", Snead stays.
If not, then Snead rightly leaves.
Myself, I suspect that Snead was making good recommendations for Fisher "type" players.
But I also suspect that Fisher often overruled Snead and/or failed to properly develop his new players.
My evidence? Have you seen how abysmal Fisher's O's have been for 5 years? NO GM is gonna have THAT many misses on the O side of the ball among his premium picks.
Snead's fate next month will tell us how well he did at evaluating talent in the mind of Demoff.
