Well, if you have confidence in naming him interim head coach he should have some power. Maybe before cutting someone that would have to be agreement between he, Snead and Demoff. But if he thinks the team performs better with Saffold at LT than Robinson, he can do that. And if he wants Mannion at QB these last 3 games he should be able to do that. And Fisher did not do anything about the offense coordinator position and got himself fired so Fassel should have opportunity to make changes.
