The Steelers are a family business. Essentially a mom and pop shop. That's their formula. It works really, really well. If I was going to "copy" any ballclub in this league it would be that one. They have just a handful of losing season in the SB Era.

The Patriots have Brady of course..........which is nearly impossible to copy, and a few asterisks LOL.
