What are the pros and cons related to Fishers coaching career.
Pros:
Can help a team transition to a new city. (Value to team and fans= nothing)
Good two faced personality when releasing players during preseason roster cuts.(like Norm from cheers)
Cons:
Guaranteed to have more loses than any NFL coach ever.(lifetime achievement)
Poor game time decisions
Poor challenge decisions
Poor coach choices
Doesn't accept responsibility for anything he does.

Well so far his special teams and defenses are generally speaking at 'playoff level' (wildcard playoff level).
Yes the defenses have been inconsistent and have worn down, and given up stupid penalties and big plays.
But in general Fisher has been ok at building defenses.
So, its the offense thats been the problem. Now, he has Goff. Each game Goff should get better.
Maybe they change the OLine next year. Maybe they change Boras. I dunno. But its still conceivable
this team could win ten games next year. Conceivable. Sigh.
