How come when the Rams pick a guy "with the biggest upside" instead of the guy that is steady or can play now. The Rams never get the upside?
It has to be (a) Coaching or (b) unable to determine talent. Fisher is responsible for both. I know Snead is the GM, but in reality Fisher picked him.
Of the many problems with this team Fisher has too much control over the draft. Not only is he out-coached weekly, he has "poisoned the well" with terrible drafts.
