Bust, of the worst kind. This dude just isn't putting in the effort to succeed, I hope they can trade him in the offseason for maybe a 5th or 6th round pick.

I tell all my buddies that if GRob was the monster LT they drafted him to be and not the bust that he is, the team itself would be a totally different, better team. Seriously his lack of preparation and desire/drive probably is the difference for this team to swing 2-4 more wins this year. Cut bait and move on.
