I think a H/C change is always 'in the air'.... until you've found one that is... like the Patriots. I really can't imagine, if if there is no intention of 'changing' at all, NOT preparing for a change if the @#$# hits the fan. IOW... I can't imagine Kroenke hasn't got a plan... that he's not preparing at all until a 'magical moment' occurs.
