Has done to this franchise. Other than 1999-2001, & 2003 this team has been average to significantly below average

Look at the link from 1967 thru 1989 the Rams had 4 losing seasons!!!
Part of the reason I am a Rams fans is because they won so often.... they were a national team. I live on the east coast outside of WDC. I'm almost 50. The Rams and those horns were on television constantly.
Its really a sad time for Ram fans
