He immediately improved a 6-7-1 team into a 12-2 division winner in his FIRST year. Won his first 6 straight, if memory serves.

A textbook example of what a good HC can accomplish immediately, if given the chance.

I mention this to allay the fears of those not wanting to rock the boat. Well, our boat currently has a hole in it's bottom. So, what do we have to lose?
