1) On pass protection, he doesn't stay engaged. He'll push a guy but the separation allows his man to maneuver inside or outside of his frame. Players are too fast to allow that.
2) The same on run plays. He engages and comes off the block. When he blocks down, he all too often ends up at the feet of his man. When he blocks a man head up, he doesn't stay on his man. He ends up standing up...watching...by himself. This happens ALL the time.
3) He completely lacks tenacity...he has no killer instinct.
I've said from after year 1, he should be moved inside...however, I'm not certain that will work out either. Maybe he performs better against non speed guys...
No matter how you cut it, Snead and Fisher erred on this pick big time. It was Fisher's first OL drafted in round 1...it's likely his last.
