I believe Keenum signed a 3 year deal this past year did he not? Not sure what Mannion's deal is but if Goff turns out to be who we hope he is, I don't think Mannion would want to hang around and play caddy to him. San Francisco is going to go through some changes at QB and Mannion is from the bay area.
