I'd hang, draw and quarter them.
Or if that is constitutionally and legally dubious, I'd at the very least lock them away for 30 years with their only form of entertainment being a TV playing only reruns of Jerry Springer badly dubbed into Japanese and speeches by Kim Jong-un with no subtitles.
It's quite obvious they are all doing it on purpose and they need to be taught a lesson.
There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.
