Keep Jenkins, let Jenkins walk. McCloud stay or go. Westbrooks or Sam. MLB Ogletree.
I have no qualms because year after year, I see that the Defense plays hard, is very capable of hanging with anyone. He earns the benefit of the doubt.
With the offense, it really looks like the guy DOESN"T KNOW what the hell he is doing. Year after year, his offenses string together too many games where they simply don't muster any type of credible offense.
How many years do we have to see this to say, THE GUY JUST ISN"T VERY GOOD with that side of the football. This is not unique to football, I see it in many professions. You hear GW saying he has to fit the players strengths to his scheme, not vice versa. But fisher doesn't appear to follow that type of advice when it comes to the Offensive side of the ball.
Fish, if GOD FORBID he stays, needs to hire someone with an ACTUAL TRACK RECORD of fielding good/decent offenses and stay the hell out of the way.
What sucks is that Fisher doesn't appear to even recognize that he doesn't know what he is doing. And by what he is doing, I mean virtually everything on the offensive side of the ball - player selection (Pead, Quick etc), coaching selection (Cignetti, Schotty, Boras (hows that for "continuity"
, and or game management.
So, and I only say this half jokingly. If Fisher says someone is "not ready", I think there is actually a good chance the guy will outperform. Because you know who was ready? Quick, Robinson, Tavon, Kendricks, Coach Boo, Coach Boras, Keenum, those guys already got the coaches seal of "readiness".
