He is a distraction in a way towards having an effective offence sad to say it.
Throwing the ball to Britt works, but so many times when they try to imput Austin into a series a a simple slant pattern or out pass is a dice roll.
You are better off securely handing the ball off to him in the back field and letting him run or faking to him and letting him draw coverage.
He is probably a frustrating problem to overcome for all the offencive coaches and maybe teammates too.
