I am just curious if anyone has heard anything from players behind the scenes regarding Goff? A friend of a friend, a cousins uncle's brother in law that knows a family member of a Rams player? Cris Carter claiming Goff is a bust with no actual information doesn't count. Not only is Goff not playing it just seems awfully quiet with not much information coming out regarding practice, etc..
No news in this case might be a bad news thing. I have had the sinking feeling that if the kid was tearing it up, or was even competent in practice, reports of "unnamed" players questioning why the rookie isn't playing. Not wishing ill on the kid, I am hoping that he is the next Tom Brady but I find the silence disturbing. That plus how badly he looked in the preseason games, on top of that and the fact that if Goff appears woefully unprepared Fisher might be fired on the spot.
