The philosophy is flawed, as I said it would be before Fisher was hired.
That's his history...not the one occasion with Steve McNair. That's laughable.
McNair was from tiny Alcorn state running a spread offense with plays they drew up in the dirt.
He was extremely raw and wasn't able to start. Plus he was uh....slow cognitively
Jeff Fisher had no choice.
