Many of us here want to compartmentalize the fault. It's CK; or it's Gurley;or it's Austin;or it's the receivers; or it's Fisher; orit's Snead;; or it's the O line.or it's even the owner;
Imo the truth is its a whole lot of stuff gone wrong. To fix one spoke won't fix the tire. To blame one person or group for this mess is simply venting and shortsighted. If I could waive a magic wand I would find a General Manager who could come in with knowledge and experience and determine how we got here and who or what is responsible. That would mean a close look at the decision makers when it comes to acquiring players and getting rid of players. I would then look at coaching and look for improvement from the HC down. I would want to find out who was responsible for giving up all those draft choices-choices that could have made our O line. I would want to find out what has happened to "the beast" (tailback) and why.
IMO, with the exception of 99, our players are remarkably inferior to the players on most of the other teams. I would want to know how that happened.
Quite possibly its simply a matter of Karma. We left a lot of very unhappy people in St. Louis for the big dough here and where the stadium there was 90% filled with Ram fans. If this keeps up it won't be long before half of the stadium here will be fans of the opposing team. After all this is So Cal.
