Also, at some point you have to have veterans. Fisher's "youngest team in the NFL" again is probably 25% of the problem.

I see your point, but I think the LB problem is strictly not playing a base 4-3. I think Hager could fill the void there until Forrest or a future acquisition takes over. Tree could man the "Sam".
I think FishHead deserves 99% of the blame myself...lol.
