not an OC but more a QB type guy.....it's his ending time he's made his money by now (or he's in deep doodoo).....I always thought he new QB's and how to get the best out of what they offer.......I don't think we would change at this point anyway......but I'd like to try and talk about coming on as a QB type guy.....we need major help in that area...Norv can maybe help?
We have no draft picks next season...our ability to improve is going to have to come from the coaching side....they don't cost or use picks.....just money..I don't think your coaches are part of your roster as far as cap space goes....
The offensive side may be passing him by, but again.....the guy has a background...a real history of QB development.....age has nothing to do with that...and we sure as hell need help in that area!!!!!!
