* a running threat (right now they are 30th in rushing)
But then most qbs play better with those things. It's a rare few who can still play well without those things...especially both at once. More often than not all you need to diminish the play of a good qb is just injure the OL past the point where they can still be effective.

Correct. But anyone watching this offense with not only 2 garbage OT's but Fusco is terrible inside, lose AP on top of that you are playing with backup RB's too. And AP was averaging sub 2 YPC prior too his injury.
Norv has said nothing but glowing things about Sam and I mean off the charts glowing but I don't know how any QB could be fairly judged under these circumstances.
