Notice that that's NFL sources, not Rams sources. Which begs the question--how do "NFL sources" know what Rams coaches are thinking? Either the Rams are one of the leakiest teams in the NFL, or, more likely, they were speculating and McMullen repeats it as information not speculation. Assuming they even were legit NFL sources.
To me, Will Reeve gave his game away when he cites that stuff, without qualification, as a "source."
Therefore how seriously do I take editorial comments on what presumably the Rams coaching staff thinks about their own qbs.
Last time a credible official reporter was at a Rams practice watching Goff throw with the ones, it was Vinny B, and he said Goff looked good.
