This was simply a curiosity of what fans here thought Fisher's comments meant in relation to when Goff would start. Most people have an opinion or at least had an expectation of the timing. Of course our opinions don't mean jack as Fisher's is the only opinion that counts and of course he left the timing open ended. I'm interested in the opinion of others re: Fisher's remarks after the draft. If it's not relevant to you and/or you don't have an opinion on the matter so be it.
Well when you put it that way...my take on those comments from Fisher were always what they are now. I read the press conferences so I knew he did not make that statement in isolation. I always took him as leaving it open-ended and that they would start JG when they thought he was ready. That was always my own take on that statement.
