I agree that the opinions of various draft personalities was mixed. But the poster suggested "our regime" declared Goff the most pro ready. I may be wrong but I don't recall Fisher or anyone else connected to the rams saying that. But clearly they thought he would be the best for them in the long term.
No I didn't address that part of it (what the Rams said) but you're right, it's true--as I recall no Rams official ever said he was the more pro ready. In fact I don't recall them comparing the 2 qbs in any way, shape, or form.
