I was jazzed for Curtis when they drafted him in 2003 but a late preseason leg injury pretty much derailed his rookie year. But you could see the promise. His 2nd year he emerged and he ended up catching 132 passes and 12 TDs from 2004-2006. Never should have let him walk in 2007...
Anyway, even if they just get 2 or 3 games from Spruce late in the year (presumably with Goff) it will benefit him. I expect Cooper and Spruce will be penciled in as the Rams 3rd and 4th WRs heading into 2017.
