I highly doubt John Harbaugh would lose his job in Baltimore but you never know. I like him a lot but I'd be afraid who he would bring in as an OC.

McDaniels would fit the bill as an offensive minded coach but I'm too unsure about him. Sometimes you get a second chance and improve but I don't know about him.
