if he goes small he starts Saffold at lt and Robinson at G but moves him back inside after a few snaps...ditto the wr's..time to start giving the kids with brains more snaps...like you said he has to him accountability..not hearing audibles/ running wrong rts and alligator hands won't go unpunished.
