I see the reasoning at looking at the players, but how can you not also...

look at things like Haverstein from last year to this year has not improved over his play of last year. we all thought he did well last year, but I am thinking that was on his college talent that he did that. This year he has not shown that he has grown from last year. Everyone across the board has no push, it's not like one or 2 guys are holding them back. I see the problems with GRob as all do, but I thought I heard about his offseason workout at somebodies line school and he was showing real improvement. Now he is away from that mentor and back with Boo. I am saying that it seems to me moving him inside will not improve him, he'll just do offside type nonsense at G.

I think that it is more a coaching, scheme thing than the lack of talent from the players.....across the board we have players who are slow at developing, or worse yet never develop. IMO we get decent players in the draft, use them for what they did in college and no development occurs, we just use them for their college talent and do not have them improving from their initial abilities.....And I'm talking across the board with WR's and O-line.....and it's looking the same for our QB grouping as well.
