Like Craig Matson said, he has had some drop issues at his institute of backwards learning. But it's cool that you keyed on that play. He does look very smooth in his catches. Isaac Bruce-like, in fact. I had a fairly in-depth conversation with Matt Waldman back before the draft, and he had nothing but high praise for Thomas. Thinks he can be the biggest hit (at WR) in the draft if/when he gets paired with Goff (his words). When I asked him about the drop issues, he said it's no more an issue than it was for Terrell Owens. You're gonna have to brace yourself for those things happening, but they'll be off-set by some pretty ridiculous catches. Amazing range and super strong guy too, despite his size. Glad to hear he's excelling on special teams, but I'd really like to see him worked more into sub-packages.
