Bottom line on Fisher

5 years in, personnel change, but this is EXACTLY the same team as his first year. Zero progress in 5 years. Same strengths, same negatives. And, sadly, the negatives far outweigh the positives.

Tough within the division - hey, we were 3-1 - can't win games outside the division - now we're 3-4.

The patterns repeat every year. The offense being somewhere around 30th in the league. despite different coordinators, quarterbacks, running backs...

The penalties...

Competitive. Win some games, lose more.

All the evidence says - this is what a Jeff Fisher team looks like. And will always look like.

7-9 Bull%$£& is going to define him, sadly. You can see why teams don't want to do Hard Knocks.
