To me, it seemed like Keenum was hesitating because he was screaming in his head, "Dammit - hurry up - run - run!"
That's why he took the couple of stutter steps before releasing. Couldn't wait much longer.
Just my feeling on it. Looking forward to your thoughts when we compare all-22's.
