An offensive leaning, detail oriented head coach to counteract the defensive player's coach that Fisher was. I resented that Gruden got a ring with Dungy's team but maybe Tony wasn't going to get them over the hump. The same way as much as I like Singletary I am not sure he could have taken the Niners where Harbaugh did at the time.
The only downside is this team's defensive personnel was built for a particular type of play, not that it is perfect but changing philosophy on defense might be tricky. On offense it couldn't get much worse so who cares?
