Refs know that MOST OT's can't do that, so they ASSUME that GRob was holding in order to do that. Thus, they throw the flag. They're throwing the flag not because of what they actually SEE, but on what they INFER.
Problem is, sometimes GRob actually CAN do that. I've seen it on video after video with my own eyes. That's why he was called a physical freak at draft time.
He's being frequently punished for being athletically gifted. So unfair.
