Often times QB's who scramble have poorer vision than those who don't. A QB w/quick decision making abilities and fast release can often make up for poor OL play.
Look no further than Minny as exhibit A. Terrible & injured OL, zero run game but the cube makes it all work by making great decisions and delivering an accurate ball with outstanding touch and accuracy.
Here's hoping Goff can do the same!
